Brick Smash is the classic brick-breaking arcade game. Bounce a ball off your paddle to smash rows of bricks above — clear every brick on the screen without letting the ball fall past your paddle.
Move your paddle left and right with the arrow keys or by dragging on touch screens to keep the ball in play. The ball bounces off your paddle at an angle based on where it hits — use that to aim at specific bricks.
Aim for the edge of the paddle to control the angle, and try to tunnel a ball behind the bricks so it clears many on its own.
Atari released Brick Smash in 1976, and its paddle, ball and brick wall formula inspired generations of games.
