Mine Finder is the classic logic puzzle of clearing a grid without detonating a hidden mine. Numbers reveal how many mines are hiding in the surrounding squares — use that information to deduce where it's safe to click.
Click a square to reveal it. A number tells you how many mines are in the 8 squares around it; right-click (or long-press on mobile) to flag a square you believe hides a mine. Clear every safe square to win.
Start with the numbers that match their number of hidden neighbours, then use flags to mark certain mines. When two numbers overlap, compare them to find safe squares.
Mine Finder became famous as a built-in game on personal computers in the early 1990s.
