Pixel Arcade is an independent project that brings classic arcade, puzzle and board games to the browser. Every game runs instantly on phones, tablets and computers, with no download, no installation and no account needed.
The arcade has 28 games: tabletop favourites such as Tic-Tac-Toe, Checkers, Reversi, Four in a Row, Dots & Boxes and Sea Battle, word and puzzle games such as Hangman, Word Search, 2048, Sliding Puzzle, Memory Match and Mine Finder, and arcade games such as Snake, Paddle Duel, Brick Smash, Pixel Invaders and Mole Smash. There are also three neon 3D games: Neon Runner 3D, Turbo Drift 3D and Neon Blaster 3D, plus Bunker Defense, and newer favourites Block Stack, Pixel Flap, Lights Out, Frog Crossing, Ludo and Snakes and Ladders.
The games are written in HTML, CSS and JavaScript and run entirely inside your browser. Board games include a computer opponent with three difficulty levels, a pass-and-play mode, and online rooms where you can invite a friend with a share code. Progress such as coins, achievements and high scores is kept on your device and can be backed up if you choose to sign in.
Pixel Arcade is supported by advertising, which pays for hosting and lets us keep adding games. We aim to keep ads clearly separate from gameplay, and we describe the data involved in our Privacy Policy.
